Defrost解凍

Chilled, not frozen — keep at 0–4°C. Once cut, wrap the face in baking paper rather than tight cling film, and use within a couple of weeks.此為冷藏產品(0–4°C),並非急凍。開封後切面以牛油紙包好(勿用保鮮紙焗實),兩星期內食用完畢。

Cook煮法

Bring it to room temperature 30 minutes before eating — cold mutes a cheddar completely. Eat the 1833 with crackers and something sweet; the truffle cheddar melts spectacularly over burgers, toast or scrambled eggs.食前30分鐘回溫 — 凍食車打芝士,風味全失。1833農莊車打配餅乾及少許甜物;黑松露車打則最宜坐溶於漢堡、多士或炒蛋上。
