Defrost解凍
No need to thaw — frozen slices go straight into the pot, and they separate more cleanly frozen than thawed. For a stir-fry, 20–30 minutes in the fridge loosens the slices enough to peel apart.毋須解凍 — 急凍肉片直接下鍋,原凍反而更易逐片分開。如作小炒,放雪櫃20–30分鐘,肉片微軟即可逐片撕開。
Cook煮法
Made for hotpot. Swish beef slices in rolling stock for 15–20 seconds, until just cooked through. Pork slices must turn fully opaque — no pink left, about 45–60 seconds. The same slices also stir-fry straight from frozen over the highest heat.打邊爐之選:牛肉片在滾湯中灼15–20秒,剛熟即吃。豬肉片必須灼至全白、不見粉紅,約45–60秒。亦可原凍落鑊,猛火快炒。
