Defrost解凍

Cook煮法
From frozen: 200°C oven for 12–18 minutes, or air fryer at 180°C for 8–12, until piping hot right through (74°C). The air fryer wins for the karaage and the crispy drumsticks. Skip the microwave if you care about the crunch.原凍:焗爐200°C焗12–18分鐘,或氣炸鍋180°C氣炸8–12分鐘,至內外徹底熱透(74°C)。唐揚炸雞及脆香雞槌用氣炸鍋效果最好。想保持鬆脆,別用微波爐。
