Cook煮法

Don't cook it — it is cured and smoked, ready to eat. Ten minutes out of the fridge wakes the flavour up. Bagels and cream cheese, folded through scrambled eggs, or draped over congee with a few drops of sesame oil.毋須烹煮 — 煙燻醃製,即開即食。食前離開雪櫃十分鐘,風味更佳。配貝果忌廉芝士、拌入炒蛋,或鋪在白粥上加幾滴麻油,各有風味。
