Delivery派送

SF Express cold chain, Hong Kong-wide. HK$50 per order; free over HK$800. Frozen items ship at -18°C in insulated packaging. 順豐冷鏈派送,覆蓋全港。每單 HK$50,滿 HK$800 免運費。急凍貨品以 -18°C 保溫包裝寄出。

Payment付款

PayMe or FPS. Put your order number (e.g. HOWA-0001) in the payment note. Orders are confirmed on payment. PayMe 或 FPS。請於付款備註寫上訂單編號(如 HOWA-0001)。確認收款後訂單即獲處理。

Storage儲存

Keep frozen at -18°C. Chilled items (smoked salmon, cured meats, cheese) at 0-4°C — check the label on each pack. 急凍產品請存放於 -18°C。冷藏產品(煙三文魚、風乾肉、芝士)請存放於 0-4°C,以包裝標籤為準。

Returns退貨

Frozen food cannot be returned under HK law. Genuine quality issue? Send us a photo within 30 days — we refund or replace. 按香港法例急凍食品不設退貨。如有品質問題,請於30日內提供相片,我們會退款或更換。

Advance-order items預訂產品

Casale cured meats are ordered from the supplier on demand — allow ~1 week. Casale 風乾肉系列為向供應商預訂貨品,需時約一星期。
